Job Summary
Crew Leader at a SONIC Drive-In: assist the General Manager in daily restaurant operations to deliver quality food in a clean, safe, and efficient environment, and enhance guest experience. Responsibilities include hiring, training, supervising, directing, and developing team members, ensuring guests leave satisfied, coaching for improved performance, maintaining a positive shift atmosphere, managing food/paper and labor, enforcing safety/sanitation standards, and complying with all applicable laws. Must be able to work irregular hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
