Crew Leader

Direct and monitor the day-to-day activities of full-time and part-time store team members during assigned shifts, supervising operations in the absence of store management. Open and close the store according to established procedures while conducting front-end administrative tasks such as cash counting, till preparation, and verification. Resolve customer complaints and exchanges, maintaining a friendly and courteous demeanor throughout all interactions. Ensure store property and funds are protected while managing employee performance. This role requires the ability to lift 50lbs and complete a background check.
