Crew Leader

Direct store operations by opening and closing the store, supervising full-time and part-time team members, and conducting front-end administrative procedures including cash counting and till preparation. Monitor employee performance during assigned shifts, resolve customer complaints and exchanges, and maintain store property and funds. Communicate with customers in a friendly and courteous manner while adhering to established procedures. This role involves rotating shifts and requires the ability to lift 50lbs. Candidates must be 18 years of age with a high school diploma and comprehensive product knowledge.
