Job Summary
Direct store operations by opening and closing the store, monitoring employee performance, and resolving customer complaints including exchanges and refunds. Conduct front-end administrative procedures such as cash counting, till preparation, and cash drops while protecting store property and funds. Supervise full-time and part-time team members during assigned shifts in the absence of the Store Manager, Assistant Store Manager, and Night Manager. Maintain a friendly and courteous manner with customers and ensure adherence to established procedures. Requires high school diploma, 18 years of age, and ability to lift 50lbs.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Comprehensive product knowledge
- Ability to train other meat team members
- Ability to regularly lift 50lbs
- Must be able to successfully complete a background check
- Must be able to successfully complete a drug test
