Job Summary
Crew Leader overseeing inspection, maintenance, and restoration of utility infrastructure; supervises crew, trains personnel, transports crew and materials, ensures safety and adherence to policies, and may perform duties of Foreman in Foreman's absence; requires driving history, licenses, and potential pesticide/DOT certifications; responsibilities include excavating, inspecting structures, applying coatings, installing steel trusses, data collection, and enforcing safety and professional conduct; travel across multiple states with overtime potential.
Required Qualifications
- Must successfully complete all aspects of the Crew Leader Training Program
- valid driver’s license issued in the United States
- minimum of 3 years of driving history
- consent to initial and periodic Motor Vehicle Report checks
- may be required to obtain (or work under) a state pesticide applicator license
- may be required to obtain and pass a DOT medical exam
- Osmose-qualified drivers and safety policies
- ability to read maps and follow procedures
- ability to operate vehicles and equipment
- physical ability to lift 50-100 pounds
- travel and overnight travel across multiple states
