Job Summary
Lead a night shift team to efficiently complete, record, and report daily and weekly tasks while maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Conduct daily meetings to provide clear instruction on operations, train and motivate members to reach goals, and ensure all safety policies and processes are followed. Set up work areas, complete nightly reports, and maintain consistent communication with managers and directors. Operate necessary machinery and internal vehicles, perform physical duties including lifting up to 50 pounds with assistance, and work in various weather conditions. Work flexible hours and overtime as needed.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ year(s) experience in a leadership role
- 1+ year(s) experience in Manufacturing/Warehouse environment
- Strong leadership skills and ability to give/receive constructive feedback
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Basic math skills
- Ability to work and communicate across multiple departments
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Ability to problem solve, troubleshoot, and seek solutions to problems
- Detailed-oriented with the ability to multitask
- Must be able to work in various types of weather conditions
- Ability to work flexible hours and overtime as needed
- Fluency to read, write, and understand the English language
- Must be able to work in all outdoor elements, including dust and allergens
- Long-term ability for standing, sitting, squatting, bending, reaching, and twisting on a regular basis
- Ability to operate all machinery necessary within the department and across the facility
- Ability to lift 35 pounds unaided
- Ability to regularly lift up to 50 pounds with assistance
