Coordinate and oversee night shift activities within the mixing department, ensuring production, quality, and safety targets are met. Manage first-line communication with maintenance, QC, logistics, and other production units while optimizing staffing and task distribution. Monitor continuous process flow including dosing, preparation, mixing, calendering, and extrusion, adjusting plans for unexpected stoppages. Enforce GMP guidelines and safety protocols, reporting deviations and incidents immediately. Lead the team directly, organize training, and track KPIs to report to the department head. Facilitate shift handovers and support DPS activities. Ensure a clean, safe working environment through exemplary safety behavior.
