Job Summary
Lead a team by completing Mister's Crew Leadership Program and coach members to perform at their best. Take responsibility for a specific wash area, uphold high quality standards, and maintain a positive, customer-focused atmosphere. Coordinate daily staffing needs with management to ensure every customer has a memorable experience. This role requires strong problem-solving skills, the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, and certifications in Driver A, Tunnel Operator, and CSA. You must be mobile for long hours, able to lift up to 50 lbs, and comfortable working varying shifts including nights and weekends.
Required Qualifications

- Attention to detail and pride in your work
- The flexibility to work a varying schedule, including some nights and weekends
- High energy and interest in being active outdoors in varying temperatures and weather conditions
- Completion of Driver A, Tunnel Operator, and CSA certifications
- Able to stand, squat, kneel, sit, walk up and down stairs, and remain mobile for long hours
- Able to lift 50 lbs. to the waist, 25 lbs. to the chest, and 15 lbs. above the head
- A valid driver's license
- The ability to pass a pre-employment background check
