Job Summary
Supervise all lawn maintenance service activities, ensuring crew members have required safety materials, training, and tools while operating safely. Complete daily pre-trip inspection reports and coordinate with branch management, customers, and employees as needed. Operate heavy equipment and landscaping tools, safely driving crews to and from jobs in adherence to the Company's Safety Policy to ensure public safety. This role requires legal authorization to work in the United States, experience managing labor crews, and a safe driving record with a valid MVR. Candidates must have reliable transportation and strong English communication skills, with Spanish a plus. Occasional out-of-state travel is required. Required Qualifications
- Legal authorization to work in the United States
- Experience managing a crew consisting of laborers providing landscaping or related services
- Must have reliable transportation to the Branch or first job site
- Safe driving record and ability to successfully pass a Motor Vehicle Report (MVR)
- Strong English communication skills
- This role may require occasional out-of-state travel; candidates must be able and willing to travel as needed
