Job Summary
Oversee daily site operations for mowing and/or pruning crews while maintaining production schedules and ensuring maintenance service expectations are met. Assist with training and development of crew members, manage daily time-keeping of work hours on jobsites, and ensure all personnel perform tasks safely. Verify equipment is in working order and properly maintained, utilizing hand tools, power tools, and other equipment to perform landscape duties. Execute miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned. This role requires a valid driver's license, prior supervisory experience, and the ability to work outdoors in extreme temperatures while lifting up to 50 lbs. Bi-lingual candidates (English/Spanish) are strongly preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Must be able and willing to work for long periods of time outside (in extreme temperatures and direct sunlight)
- Must be able and willing to bend, stoop, and twist repeatedly throughout the day
- Must be able to use hand tools and power equipment
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
Desired Qualifications
- Valid driver's license and ability to clear Motor Vehicle Record review preferred
- Landscaping experience and prior supervisory experience preferred
- Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) is strongly preferred
