Job Summary
Crew Leader, Custodian will perform daily cleaning, minor maintenance, yard duties, and assigned tasks to provide a safe and healthy learning environment in school district facilities. Supervises assigned personnel, monitors staff performance, and makes improvements; conducts interviews, hires, and trains employees; plans and directs work; prepares required reports; basic computer skills; supports district policies and safety standards; operates floor care and cleaning tasks (sweeping, mopping, waxing, carpet care, restroom sanitation) and performs minor maintenance (changing bulbs, fixtures, minor repairs), as well as facility opening/closing and security tasks.
Required Qualifications
- Two (2) years of increasingly responsible experience in large scale housekeeping and yard maintenance knowledge, with one (1) year of related management or supervisory experience required.
- Possess basic comprehensive skills of the working English language.
