Job Summary
Coordinate job duties and delegate tasks for smaller construction projects involving the installation and removal of petroleum storage tanks, piping, dispensers, and pumping units. Monitor employee schedules and sub-contractors to ensure product installation requirements are followed accurately, while verifying compliance with codes, project specifications, and manufacturer requirements. Brief crew members on daily tasks, track rental equipment and material needs, and document daily activities, testing, and inspections. Ensure all safe work practices and housekeeping standards are met, including end-of-day cleanup, and maintain positive working relationships with vendors and suppliers to sustain timely supply flow.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to lift 75 –100 lbs when necessary during the course of performing their necessary duties
- Work outside during all types of weather
- Work under time constraints efficiently and have the ability to work well with others
- Follow all company procedures
- Keep company vehicle Clean, maintenance done regular, and only use for company business
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in the petroleum industry and product familiarity
- 40hr OSHA training
- Installer certifications in the industry
- Equipment operation experience
