Job Summary
Lead and support a team of 8–10 employees to meet daily cleaning goals at the DSCC location. Ensure all tasks are completed to contract standards and quality expectations while maintaining accurate records and staying organized. Provide direction, encouragement, and accountability to your team, communicating effectively with supervisors and customers. Participate in required trainings and promote a culture of continuous improvement. This full-time 1st shift role requires a dependable leader with at least 18 years of age, a Federal REAL ID, and the ability to pass a background check and drug screen. You must be able to lift up to 25 lbs, stand for extended periods, and perform physical tasks throughout the day. Required Qualifications
- At least 18 years of age
- A Federal REAL ID (star in the top right corner)
- Ability to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screen (including THC)

- Ability to work independently while guiding others
- Attention to detail and pride in quality work
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office)
