Crew Leader- Commercial Landscape Maintenance

Lead and work alongside a landscape maintenance crew on commercial properties, assigning daily tasks to ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and to quality standards. Perform routine maintenance including mowing, edging, pruning, clean-ups, and irrigation checks while safely operating and transporting company vehicles, trailers, and equipment. Train crew members on proper techniques, safety, and equipment use, and communicate professionally with supervisors, account managers, and clients as needed. Complete daily paperwork including timecards and work orders while maintaining a clean, organized, and safe job site at all times. Requires 3+ years of commercial landscape maintenance experience leading a crew, a valid driver's license with a clean record, and the ability to lift 50 lbs+ frequently.
