Job Summary
Coordinate job duties and delegate tasks for smaller construction projects involving the installation and removal of petroleum storage tanks, piping, dispensers, and pumping units. Monitor employee schedules and subcontractors, ensure safe work and housekeeping practices are followed, and brief crew members on daily assignments. Track rental equipment, material needs, and labor costs to maintain project budgets while verifying compliance with codes and manufacturer requirements. Document daily activities, testing, inspections, and visitors, and maintain product warranty documentation. Build positive relationships with crew members, vendors, and suppliers to ensure timely supply flow. Work outside in all weather conditions under time constraints, following all company procedures and keeping the company vehicle clean.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to lift 75 –100 lbs when necessary during the course of performing their necessary duties
- Work outside during all types of weather
- Work under time constraints efficiently and have the ability to work well with others
- Follow all company procedures
- Keep company vehicle Clean, maintenance done regular, and only use for company business
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in the petroleum industry and product familiarity
- 40hr OSHA training
- Installer certifications in the industry
- Equipment operation experience
