Job Summary
As a Crew Lead, you will generate sales to meet and exceed store financial goals, lead and develop your team, and ensure exceptional customer interactions. Key responsibilities include coaching and training team members, opening and closing the store, executing inventory management, and adhering to vineyard vines' core values. The role requires a minimum of one year of retail leadership experience, a Bachelor's degree is preferred, and proficiency in Microsoft Office is essential. Emphasis is on driving results, customer impact, teamwork, and developing talent.
