Job Summary
In the role of Crew Lead, you will generate sales, coach and develop your team to support store financial goals, exemplify the core values of the brand, and manage store operations including opening and closing responsibilities. You must have a minimum of one year’s experience in retail leadership, preferably a Bachelor’s degree, and strong interpersonal and customer service skills. The position requires weekend availability, average work hours of 20-30 hours per week, and the ability to stand and lift items as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum one year’s work experience in retail leadership or equivalent role
- Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
- Charismatic personality and love for the vineyard vines brand
- Proven track record in driving sales
- Leadership and mentoring experience
- Accuracy and attention to detail
