Job Summary
As a Crew Lead, you will drive sales to meet store financial goals while creating memorable experiences for customers. You'll coach and train the team to embody core values, manage store operations including opening and closing, and ensure effective inventory management from receipt to presentation on the sales floor. This role requires strong leadership skills, customer service expertise, and a commitment to people development within a fast-paced retail environment.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum one year’s work experience in retail leadership or equivalent role
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)
- Charismatic personality

- Proven track record in driving sales
- Strong interpersonal communication and customer service skills

Additional Requirements
- Weekend availability required
- 20-30 hours/week average to maintain part-time status
- Seasonal Stores (25-40 hours/week average during seasonal peak periods)
