Job Summary
As a Crew Lead, you will generate sales to support the store in meeting its financial goals by creating memorable customer experiences. Responsibilities include coaching and developing team members to embody the brand values, managing inventory flow, and ensuring customer service excellence. Required skills include leadership experience, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and strong interpersonal abilities. A Bachelor’s degree is preferred, and the role requires weekend availability.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum one year’s work experience in retail leadership, or equivalent role

Additional Requirements
- Weekend availability required
