Job Summary
As a Crew Lead, you will generate sales and create memorable customer experiences while coaching and developing your team. Responsibilities include hosting customer interactions that reflect vineyard vines values, executing inventory processes, and providing ongoing training to Crew members. You will open and close the store, and engage in leadership activities aimed at driving results, building talent, and fostering collaboration. A bachelor's degree is preferred along with at least one year of retail leadership experience.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum one year’s work experience in retail leadership, or equivalent role

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)
- Charismatic personality and a love for the vineyard vines brand and community
- Proven track record in driving sales with strong interpersonal communication and customer service skills
- Experience and passion for leading and mentoring a team

- Ability to plan, manage time, and make decisions in a fast paced environment
Additional Requirements
- Weekend availability required
- Scheduling will be dependent upon the needs of the business
- 20-30 hours/week average to maintain part-time status
- Seasonal Stores (25-40 hours/week average during seasonal peak periods)
