The ideal candidate should have at least one year of retail leadership experience and a Bachelor's degree is preferred. Skills in Microsoft Office and a passion for leading teams are essential.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum one year’s work experience in retail leadership, or equivalent role

Additional Requirements
- Weekend availability required – scheduling will be dependent upon the needs of the business
- 20-30 hours/week average to maintain part-time status
