Job Summary
As a Crew Lead, you'll generate sales, coach and develop your team, and manage the daily operations of the retail store. This involves ensuring memorable customer interactions and executing inventory management tasks. You will also be responsible for opening and closing the store, while exemplifying core values such as Passion, Service, Integrity, and Teamwork. Leadership skills are crucial as you will focus on talent development and support strategic managerial tasks.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum one year’s work experience in retail leadership or equivalent role
