Job Summary
As a Crew Lead, you will coach, train, and develop a retail team, driving sales and ensuring excellent customer interactions. You will be responsible for opening and closing the store, maintaining financial goals, and exemplifying core values of the brand. This role requires a minimum of one year’s retail leadership experience, a Bachelor's degree preferred, and strong communication skills. You will focus on ongoing team training and operational execution.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum one year’s work experience in retail leadership or equivalent role
