Job Summary
As a Crew Lead, you will play a vital role in generating sales and exceeding store financial goals by creating memorable customer experiences. Required Qualifications
- Minimum one year’s work experience in retail leadership or equivalent role
- Ability to stand and/or move around for extended periods of time
- Ability to reach, carry, bend, and climb ladders occasionally
- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds unless an accommodation is requested
- Weekend availability required

- Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
