Job Summary
Crew Lead in manufacturing: provide direction and leadership to the production team, mentor and coach employees, participate in daily production planning and BC (Business Central) data accuracy, maintain inventory and conduct regular audits, assist with processing orders with purchasing, train new employees, drive safety adherence and Lean improvements, and support interviews and performance reviews while fostering a positive team environment. Must excel in hands-on leadership, coaching, communication, and problem-solving to meet production goals across day and swing shifts.
Required Qualifications
- At least three years in a leadership role in a manufacturing environment.
- Understanding of Lean Manufacturing and 5s standards
- Must be able to lift, push, pull up to 50lbs
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Ability to prioritize tasks independently and meet deadlines
- Strong interpersonal skills
