Job Summary
Performs crew member duties at Sonic Drive-In including taking orders, carhop and skating carhop, food and drink preparation, cooking, packaging, serving, and handling sales transactions. Responsibilities span all Basic Stations (Fountain & Frozen, Dresser, Front Swamp, Back Swamp, Grill, Switchboard, Expeditor, Food Prep, Carhop, Skating Carhop and Drive-Thru) to ensure quality, safety, and efficient service; includes maintaining cleanliness of all areas, assisting teammates and managers, operating drive-thru and POS, preparing beverages and desserts, and following health/sanitation guidelines. Requires standing, bending, lifting up to 50 lbs, and adaptability to variable store volume; adherence to Sonic policies, STAR certifications, and training programs; background and drug screening may apply; must be at least 16 with legal right to work in US.
