Job Summary
Lead assigned personnel in constructing, installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical facilities while ensuring adherence to safety and specification requirements. Plan, organize, and coordinate new construction, maintenance, and repair projects on energized and de-energized lines above and underground. Prepare and verify work orders, staking sheets, and timesheets to communicate accurate time to the crew. Ensure all operations comply with Mountain Parks Electric, RUS, and National Electrical Safety Code standards. Requires a Journeyman Lineman with three years related experience, one year supervising experience, and a valid Colorado Class A CDL. Wage is $70.16/hr. with comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401k, and paid time off.
Required Qualifications
- Journeyman Lineman
- 3 years closely related and progressive job experience
- thorough understanding of electric distribution systems
- 1 year managing/supervising experience
- equivalent combination of education and experience
- valid Colorado Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
- Basic first aid and CPR certification
