Job Summary
Develop, modify, and maintain aircraft Crew & Equipment design configurations using NX and Teamcenter; design cockpit/crew systems and equipment integration (incl. escapes, canopies, cockpit furnishings, controls, displays, and racks); create and assess layouts and human-factor considerations; perform trade studies, identify risks, and provide recommendations; apply GD&T to models for producibility and manufacturability; coordinate with stakeholders to ensure robust configurations; mentor and lead team members; adapt to evolving aircraft configurations; possess strong communication and problem-solving skills; and support roles requiring a Secret clearance with potential travel.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in a STEM discipline and 2 years of related professional/military experience; OR a Master’s Degree in a STEM discipline and 0 years of related professional/military experience for Level 2
- Bachelor’s Degree in a STEM discipline and 5 years of related professional/military experience; OR a Master’s Degree in a STEM discipline and 3 years of related professional/military experience; OR a Ph.D. in a STEM discipline and 1 year of related professional/military experience for Level 3
