Job Summary
Conduct fast and accurate sandwich assembly, manage phone orders, and register sales while maintaining a clean environment. Execute quality store operations by adhering to food, safety, and security guidelines, lifting 30-40 lbs regularly and moving through refrigeration units ranging from 40° F to -10° F. Greet every customer with a smile and eye contact to foster teamwork and deliver an exceptional experience. Work high-volume lunch shifts with a fast pace, ensuring sandwiches are served in 30 seconds or less and deliveries are received in under 12 minutes. Represent the all-natural meats, fresh veggies, and house-made tuna salad that define the Jimmy Fresh brand.
Required Qualifications
- day-time availability
- ability to work high volume lunches
- ability to lift 30-40 lbs. regularly throughout shifts
- ability to stand, bend, reach and scoop through-out assigned shift
- ability to be mobile in walk-in refrigerator and freezer with temperatures ranging from 40° F to -10° F
- ability to operate cash register
- ability to handle cash transactions
