Job Summary
Lead the management team by leading daily team huddles, setting direction for business goals, and ensuring consistent revenue growth through guest count and core sales mix performance. Coach and execute excellent customer service while developing teammates via internal training programs and providing ongoing guidance. Manage inventory, cash handling processes, and product orders to meet business needs, while assisting the General Manager with budgeting, sales forecasts, and financial performance. Ensure the service center remains clean, safe, and presentable per the Guide to Excellence, and assist guests with questions in-person, electronically, or via telephone. Perform opening and closing duties when the General Manager is off and adhere to all rules and regulations to maintain a safe work environment.
Required Qualifications
- One to three years of retail management experience
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills
- Proven leadership ability to inspire and motivate diverse groups of people
- Sound business sense and a comprehensive understanding of the retail industry
- Ability to analyze, comprehend, and recommend financial objectives that help increase sales and service results
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
- Ability to stand on your feet on hard surfaces like concrete or metal
- Ability to lift and move work-related items up to 50 pounds
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship now or in the future
- Must be able to work in an environment in which you frequently experience hot and cold temperatures, loud noises, and exhaust fumes
