Crew Chief

Restoration/Water Mitigation Crew Chief leads a two-person crew on restoration projects, coordinating and performing restoration processes, documenting projects, and driving customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include supervising restoration technicians, communicating expectations, controlling labor and equipment usage, ensuring safety protocols, conducting daily/weekly/monthly maintenance on vehicles and equipment, and coaching technicians. The role requires excellent communication, dependability, and a customer-focused approach, with the ability to travel locally and out of state as needed. IICRC certifications are preferred and a background check is required.
