Job Summary
Coordinate, oversee, and perform restoration processes for water damage claims while ensuring quality control. Manage customer and client experience by communicating clear expectations to technicians, supervising their activities, and facilitating positive project satisfaction. Thoroughly document restoration projects, manage labor and equipment usage, and verify safety protocols are established and followed. Perform daily vehicle and equipment maintenance as assigned, and coach and train restoration technicians. Respond to service calls as needed, following SERVPRO® production guidelines to help make fire and water damage "Like it never even happened."
Required Qualifications
- Effective oral communication
- High school diploma/GED
- Ability to regularly lift 50 pounds
- Ability to lift up to 100 pounds with assistance
- Ability to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in cleaning/restoration preferred
- IICRC certifications preferred
