Job Summary
Lead and supervise restoration crews on water, fire, mold, and other property damage projects while coordinating daily job activities to ensure projects stay on schedule. Set up and monitor restoration equipment, including air movers and dehumidifiers, and train, coach, and support field technicians while maintaining a safe work environment. Communicate professionally with homeowners, business owners, and insurance representatives, document job progress, and maintain quality standards to ensure exceptional customer service from start to finish. Full-time, stable employment with on-call availability for evenings and weekends.
Required Qualifications
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to lift, carry, bend, and work in a physically demanding environment
- Comfortable working in varying indoor and outdoor conditions
- On-call availability required for evenings and weekends
Desired Qualifications
- 1+ year of experience in property restoration, construction, cleaning, or a related field
- Previous leadership or crew supervision experience
- IICRC certification
- Willingness to obtain IICRC certification after hire
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
