Job Summary
Crew Chief leads the crew in partnership with the General Manager to drive revenue, coach and develop teammates, ensure high-quality customer service, manage daily operations, budgeting and forecasting, inventory and safety, and guide staff through training programs to improve performance and career growth; role requires leadership, strong communication, and the ability to oversee store-wide activities and shifts, with a focus on guest experience and meeting business objectives.
Required Qualifications
- One to three years of retail management experience
- exceptional oral and written communication skills
- leadership ability to inspire and motivate diverse groups
- ability to analyze financial objectives and increase sales/service results
- read and interpret safety rules and operation manuals
- 18 years of age or older
- legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
