Job Summary
Crew Chief at a car-care retail center leads the crew alongside the General Manager, coaches teammates, drives revenue growth through guest engagement and quality service, conducts daily team huddles, participates in budgeting and forecasting, ensures safety and standard operating procedures, mentors automotive technicians and CSAs, and oversees inventory, cash handling, and guest issues while promoting career development within a fast-paced retail environment.
Required Qualifications
- One to three years of retail management experience
- Professional automotive experience is not required
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship now or in the future
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
- Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds
- 18 years of age or older
