Job Summary
Lead the management team by guiding the crew, executing excellent customer service, and driving consistent revenue growth through core sales mix and lead measure performance. Coach and mentor automotive technicians and CSAs while leading daily team huddles, store meetings, and opening/closing duties to maintain an engaged workforce. Ensure quality control measures are followed, manage inventory and cash handling processes, and assist the General Manager with budgeting, financial forecasts, and expense controls. Hold teammates accountable to safety rules and regulations while maintaining a clean, safe, and presentable service center. Assist guests with questions and needs in-person, electronically, or via telephone. Requires one to three years of retail management experience, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Full-time role with biweekly bonuses, 401K match, and medical/dental/vision benefits.
Required Qualifications
- One to three years of retail management experience
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills
- Proven leadership ability to inspire and motivate diverse groups of people
- Sound business sense and comprehensive understanding of the retail industry
- Ability to analyze, comprehend, and recommend financial objectives that help increase sales and service results
- Positive, helpful attitude as well as professional conduct and appearance
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
- Ability to stand on your feet on hard surfaces like concrete or metal
- Ability to lift and move work-related items up to 50 pounds
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship now or in the future
