Job Summary
Crew Chief leads the service and guest experience as part of the management team, partnering with the General Manager to guide the crew, drive revenue growth through guest counts and performance metrics, coach and develop teammates using internal training, ensure quality control and safe operations, assist with budgeting and forecasts, inventory and cash handling, and open/close duties while fostering a high-performance, guest-first culture. The role includes leading daily team huddles and store meetings, mentoring automotive technicians and CSAs, maintaining a safe, clean, and presentable service center, and providing direction to achieve business goals.
Required Qualifications
- 1-3 years of retail management experience
- exceptional oral and written communication skills
- leadership ability to motivate diverse groups
- ability to read and interpret safety rules and maintenance instructions
- 18 years of age or older
- legally authorized to work in the United States
