Job Summary
Lead the management team by leading daily team huddles, setting direction for business goals, and coaching automotive technicians to ensure consistent revenue growth and guest satisfaction. Execute excellent customer service, manage inventory and product orders, and oversee cash handling processes while holding others accountable to safety rules and the Guide to Excellence. Assist the General Manager with budgeting, sales forecasts, and financial performance, ensuring the service center remains clean, safe, and presentable. Perform opening and closing duties and address guest issues directly. Requires one to three years of retail management experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with temperatures ranging from hot to cold.
Required Qualifications
- One to three years of retail management experience
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills
- Proven leadership ability to inspire and motivate diverse groups of people
- Sound business sense and a comprehensive understanding of the retail industry
- Ability to analyze, comprehend, and recommend financial objectives that help increase sales and service results
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
- Ability to stand on your feet on hard surfaces like concrete or metal
- Ability to lift and move work-related items up to 50 pounds
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship now or in the future
- Must be able to work in an environment in which you frequently experience hot and cold temperatures, loud noises, and exhaust fumes
