Job Summary
Crew Chief responsible for leading and developing the store crew, partnering with the General Manager to drive revenue growth, coach and guide teammates, and ensure exceptional guest experiences. Roles include leading daily team huddles, setting direction to achieve business goals, managing inventory and store operations, budgeting and forecasting with the GM/DM, maintaining a safe, clean, and compliant service center, and mentoring automotive technicians and CSAs. Focus areas include customer service excellence, staff development, adherence to safety and quality standards, and driving sales through various incentive programs and internal training. This role offers leadership opportunities, on-the-job training across jobs, and advancement within the Team Car Care organization, with responsibilities spanning operations, people management, and financial performance.
Required Qualifications
- One to three years of retail management experience
- Professional automotive experience is not required
- Legally authorized to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship now or in the future
- Must be able to stand, lift up to 50 pounds, and work in a fast-paced environment
