Crew Chief

Lead and develop the service crew under the General Manager to drive customer satisfaction, revenue growth, and daily operational execution. Train team through internal programs, conduct daily huddles and store meetings, manage inventory and cash handling, assist with budgeting and sales forecasts, ensure safety and a clean, presentable service center, and mentor automotive technicians and CSAs; perform opening and closing duties when the GM is off; foster an engaged, high-performance work environment.
