Job Summary
Lead the management team by driving revenue growth through core sales mix and MultiCare performance, coaching staff on customer service, and executing daily huddles to align on business goals. Manage inventory, cash handling, and guest issues while ensuring quality control and safety compliance across the service center. Assist the General Manager with budgeting, sales forecasts, and expense controls, providing clear direction to automotive technicians and CSAs. Maintain an engaged workforce, lead daily meetings, and handle opening/closing duties when the GM is off. Requires one to three years of retail management experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to lift 50 pounds in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.
Required Qualifications
- One to three years of retail management experience
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills
- Proven leadership ability to inspire and motivate diverse groups of people
- Sound business sense and a comprehensive understanding of the retail industry
- Ability to analyze, comprehend, and recommend financial objectives that help increase sales and service results
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
- Ability to stand on your feet on hard surfaces like concrete or metal
- Ability to lift and move work-related items up to 50 pounds
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship now or in the future
