Job Summary
Crew Chief role in a fast-paced retail automotive service environment. You will partner with the General Manager to guide the crew, drive revenue growth through guest engagement and performance metrics, coach and develop teammates via internal training, manage inventory and cash handling, assist with budgeting and financial performance, lead daily team huddles and store meetings, ensure safety and cleanliness, and provide leadership to store staff including automotive technicians and customer service associates. Customer service excellence, a guest-first mindset, and the ability to communicate clearly and act as a professional leader are essential. Must be able to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and be legally eligible to work in the United States. Growth opportunities and advancement within Team Car Care/Jiffy Lube ecosystem are highlighted in this role.
Required Qualifications
- One to three years of retail management experience
- Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship now or in the future
- Must be at least 18 years of age
