Job Summary
Crew Chief oversees and guides the automotive service crew in a fast-paced retail environment. Partnering with the General Manager, the role focuses on driving revenue through guest counts and lead measures, coaching and mentoring teammates, ensuring high-quality customer service, leading daily team huddles and store meetings, managing inventory and budgeting, and maintaining a safe, clean service center. The position provides leadership development and opportunities for advancement within the team, with responsibilities spanning training, performance guidance, and collaboration with the GM and District Manager to achieve business objectives.
Required Qualifications
- One to three years of retail management experience
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills
- Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
