Job Summary
Lead the management team by leading daily team huddles, executing excellent customer service, and coaching automotive technicians and CSAs to boost sales and guest count. Drive revenue growth through core sales mix performance, MultiCare, and Core Plus metrics while managing inventory, cash handling, and budgeting. Ensure quality control measures are followed, maintain a safe and presentable service center, and assist the General Manager with financial forecasts and critical initiatives. Perform opening and closing duties, handle guest issues, and hold teammates accountable to all safety rules and regulations.
Required Qualifications
- One to three years of retail management experience
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills
- Proven leadership ability to inspire and motivate diverse groups of people
- Sound business sense and a comprehensive understanding of the retail industry
- Ability to analyze, comprehend, and recommend financial objectives that help increase sales and service results
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
- Ability to stand on your feet on hard surfaces like concrete or metal
- Ability to lift and move work-related items up to 50 pounds
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship now or in the future
- Must have the ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
