Job Summary

Lead the management team by leading daily team huddles, store meetings, and opening/closing duties while coaching automotive technicians and CSAs. Drive revenue growth by executing customer service strategies, managing sales forecasts, and ensuring consistent quality control and inventory processes. Build an engaged workforce by providing ongoing guidance, mentoring, and direction, while holding teammates accountable to safety rules and operational standards. Assist the General Manager with budgeting, expense controls, and critical initiatives, ensuring the service center remains clean, safe, and presentable.

Required Qualifications

  • One to three years of retail management experience
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills
  • Proven leadership ability to inspire and motivate diverse groups of people
  • Sound business sense and a comprehensive understanding of the retail industry
  • Ability to analyze, comprehend, and recommend financial objectives that help increase sales and service results
  • Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
  • Ability to stand on your feet on hard surfaces like concrete or metal
  • Ability to lift and move work-related items up to 50 pounds
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship now or in the future
  • Must be able to work in an environment in which you frequently experience hot and cold temperatures, loud noises, and exhaust fumes

  • Ability to manage inventory and product order that meets the business need
  • Ability to hold others accountable to all rules and regulations that maintain a safe and productive work environment
  • Ability to assist the General Manager (GM) with budgeting, sales forecasts, financial performance, expense controls
  • Ability to build and maintain an engaged workforce that reflects customer volume and business need
