Job Summary
Lead the management team by leading daily huddles, coaching automotive technicians, and ensuring consistent revenue growth through guest count and sales mix performance. Drive operational excellence by managing inventory, executing cash handling processes, and maintaining a safe, clean service center per the Guide to Excellence. Assist the General Manager with budgeting, financial forecasting, and critical initiatives while holding teammates accountable to all safety rules and regulations. Perform opening and closing duties, address guest issues, and provide clear direction to build an engaged workforce. Requires one to three years of retail management experience and the ability to work in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.
Required Qualifications
- One to three years of retail management experience
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills
- Proven leadership ability to inspire and motivate diverse groups of people
- Sound business sense and a comprehensive understanding of the retail industry
- Ability to analyze, comprehend, and recommend financial objectives that help increase sales and service results
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
- Ability to stand on your feet on hard surfaces like concrete or metal
- Ability to lift and move work-related items up to 50 pounds
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship now or in the future
