Job Summary
Crew Chief leading the service center team alongside the General Manager to drive revenue growth and ensure exceptional guest experience. Responsibilities include coaching and developing teammates through internal training, leading daily team huddles and store meetings, managing inventory and budgeting/forecasting, ensuring safety and quality control, and maintaining a fast-paced, high-performance retail environment. Role emphasizes leadership, customer service excellence, and the ability to translate business objectives into actionable team guidance; previous automotive experience not required, with opportunities for advancement within Team Car Care.
Required Qualifications
- One to three years of retail management experience
- Professional automotive experience is not required
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills
- Proven leadership ability to inspire and motivate diverse groups of people
- Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
- Able to stand on hard surfaces for extended periods; able to lift and move up to 50 pounds
- Legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future
