Job Summary
Lead the management team by leading daily team huddles, executing excellent customer service, and ensuring consistent revenue growth through core sales mix and lead measure performance. Coach automotive technicians and CSAs while developing teammates through internal training programs and providing ongoing guidance. Ensure quality control measures are followed, manage inventory and product orders, and assist with budgeting, sales forecasts, and financial performance. Handle guest issues, cash handling processes, and opening/closing duties when the General Manager is off. Adhere to all safety rules and regulations while maintaining a clean, safe, and presentable service center. Work in a fast-paced, flexible retail environment requiring the ability to lift 50 pounds and withstand hot and cold temperatures.
Required Qualifications
- One to three years of retail management experience
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills
- Proven leadership ability to inspire and motivate diverse groups of people
- Sound business sense and a comprehensive understanding of the retail industry
- Ability to analyze, comprehend, and recommend financial objectives that help increase sales and service results
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
- Ability to stand on your feet on hard surfaces like concrete or metal
- Ability to lift and move work-related items up to 50 pounds
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship now or in the future
- Must have the ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
