Job Summary
Lead the general manager in driving revenue growth by coaching the team on core sales mix, MultiCare, and Core Plus performance while ensuring consistent guest service. Manage daily operations through team huddles, inventory control, and cash handling processes, holding staff accountable to safety rules and the Guide to Excellence standards. Provide direct mentorship to automotive technicians and CSAs, assist with budgeting and financial forecasting, and resolve guest issues in-person or via telephone. Requires one to three years of retail management experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds in a fast-paced environment. Required Qualifications
- One to three years of retail management experience

- Ability to stand on your feet on hard surfaces like concrete or metal
- Ability to lift and move work-related items up to 50 pounds
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship now or in the future
