Job Summary
Lead the management team by leading daily team huddles, setting direction for business goals, and coaching automotive technicians and CSAs. Drive revenue growth through guest count and lead measure performance while ensuring consistent quality control measures and processes are followed. Manage inventory, cash handling, and budgeting alongside the General Manager, and resolve guest issues in-person or via telephone. Maintain a safe, clean, and presentable service center while adhering to all rules and regulations. Perform opening and closing duties when the General Manager is off and assist with critical initiatives with the District Manager.
Required Qualifications
- One to three years of retail management experience
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills
- Proven leadership ability to inspire and motivate diverse groups of people
- Sound business sense and a comprehensive understanding of the retail industry
- Ability to analyze, comprehend, and recommend financial objectives that help increase sales and service results
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
- Ability to stand on your feet on hard surfaces like concrete or metal
- Ability to lift and move work-related items up to 50 pounds
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship now or in the future
- Must have the ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
